Salade hertenham met walnoten

Bereidingswijze: Rauw

Ingrediënten:

  • 20 bladen gemengde kropsla
  • 150 gram dungesneden hertenham
  • 8 stuks gedroogde vijgen
  • 30 gram walnoten
  • 1 rode ui in halve ringen gesneden
  • 1 Elstar appel geschild, zonder klokhuis, in dunne reepjes gesneden

Bereidingswijze

Dressing:

  • Appelstroop mengen met de port
  • dan de azijn erbij
  • olie al roerend met een garde toevoegen bij het mengsel

Salade:

  • Pluk de bladen sla van de krop
  • Pluk de bladen in kleine stukken en was deze in ruim koud water
  • Droog vervolgens de sla goed in een slacentrifuge of een vergiet
  • Doe de gewassen sla in een mengkom
  • Voeg de ui, appel, walnoten en de helft van de dressing toe
  • Breng de sla op smaak met peper en zout
  • Dresseer de aangemaakte salade in het midden van een ruim slabord
  • Verdeel de plakken ham over de borden en leg ze in roosjes tegen de saladeaan
  • Verdeel de rest van de dressing over de borden en druppel deze mooi met eensalade over en om de salade heen
  • Garneer de salade af met de vijgen en eventueel een takje kervel, bieslookof peterselie
