  • 1 bakje frambozen
  • ca. 100 gram aardbeien
  • ca. 100 gram druiven
  • 60 g poedersuiker
  • 2 eetlepels frambozenlikeur of perziklikeur
  • 1 citroen
  • 1/8 l slagroom

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Natriu.

Maak de vruchten schoon. Breng 1/2 l water met suiker in een pan aan de kook.Voeg het fruit toe en hou het ongeveer 5 minuten tegen de kook aan. Laat devruchten iets afkoelen. Schep voorzichtig de likeur door de vruchten. Verdeelhet fruit over 2 schaaltjes of coupes. Klop de slagroom, eventueel gezoet metsuiker, half stijf en schep de citroenrasp erdoor. Serveer de room er apart bij.
